Rent, subscriptions, a monthly retainer: anything that repeats can be set up once.

Recurring schedules

Make one from:

• a transaction, with Repeat this in the editor
• an invoice or bill, with Make recurring

A schedule Repeats every week, 2 weeks, month, 3 months or year, from the First one, and can Stop after a date.

Whatever has fallen due is created when you open your books, so nothing is missed if Tiny Tally was closed. A message tells you what was made. Create due now does it straight away.

For invoices and bills, Approve each invoice automatically decides whether each new one goes out approved or waits as a draft for you to check.

The Recurring page lists them all. Each schedule can be edited, have its next one skipped (Skip next), be paused and resumed, or deleted. Deleting a schedule leaves what it already created.
