Most reports take a Period (this month, last month, this quarter, this or last financial year, or your own dates) and have Print / Save PDF and Export CSV.

Profit & Loss

Income and expenses for a period, by category. Basis is Cash (when money moved) or Accrual (when you invoiced or were billed). Compare with the previous period or your budget.

What the business has and owes on a date, and the owner's equity.
